Unwind at Durango Hot Springs

Durango Hot Springs is about 20 minutes from our Bed and Breakfast on the outskirts of town. It sits in the heart of the San Juan National Forest, surrounded by rugged mountains and breathtaking views of the wilderness Durango is known for. The hot springs are famed for their mineral-rich waters, which provide a naturally soothing wellness experience that has been enjoyed for centuries.

The waters at Durango Hot Springs are fed by natural underground springs that emerge from the ground at varying temperatures. There are 32 naturally-fed pools at Durango Hot Springs, which range in temperature from 99 degrees. Though the waters are rich in different minerals, there’s no sulfur smell here, which adds to the enjoyment of the experience. The facility has also oxygenated the water for improved health and wellness benefits, not to mention maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the pools.

In addition to providing access to these healing waters, the facility at Durango Hot Springs is a gorgeous place to relax and unwind.
